Google podcasting is moving to YouTube podcasts which show up in YouTube music. Similar to creating a video playlist, the main differences being that it can consume an RSS feed and that setting up your page specifically for podcasting is important.

Some tips on using YouTube podcasts:
YouTube podcasts is not a hosting company in the classic sense of podcasts. No RSS feed for other platforms but it will display your podcasts if you give it a feed.
The podcasts are only available on YouTube and YouTube music, given the previous, that’s obvious.
Updates to show details are not automatic from the RSS feed. Have to do that manually.
If you change a podcast on your hosting platform, you will need to check and most likely update the YouTube podcast and reload it.
YouTube Studio is the place to make changes.
